Tutel terms of service

Version of 2026-10-21.

These terms govern the use of the Tutel platform provided by Rentel Comunicaciones SL (tax ID B11490182) to businesses that answer their calls with an AI voice assistant. Tutel is not a telephone operator: numbers are provided by Zadarma and the voice by xAI. The service is prepaid: plan fees (including one Spanish number), extra numbers and, on managed accounts, call minutes are charged to the customer's balance; each top-up is invoiced. Without enough balance at renewal the account becomes read-only. The customer must tell callers they are speaking to an AI assistant and is the controller of their data; Rentel Comunicaciones SL acts as processor under the data processing agreement. Governed by Spanish law.
