Data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR)

Controller: the customer. Processor: Rentel Comunicaciones SL (tax ID B11490182). The processor handles callers' and contacts' data (phone number, name, call content, transcript and summary) only to provide the service, under documented instructions, with appropriate security and confidentiality. Current sub-processors: hosting provider, Google Workspace (email), Zadarma (telephony) and xAI (AI voice, with an international transfer under GDPR safeguards). The customer must tell callers they are speaking to an AI assistant. Data is deleted or returned when the service ends.
